One Garden Brighton is a fantastic destination garden within Stanmer Park. Carefully reinvented and restored by Plumpton College group, the gates opened the to the public for the first time in its history April 2020. Rooted in the past, it focuses on inspiration for the future. Whether for eating, meeting, pleasure, or plants, One Garden Brighton is a place for everyone, with things to discover every day.

The gardens celebrate both heritage and innovation and include productive traditional fruit and vegetable gardens as well as a series of contemporary themed gardens which are designed for typical, often difficult, urban conditions. The attraction also features One Kitchen, a place to eat and drink, One Market, a retail space complete with nursery and One Events offering a range of activities and reasons to visit throughout the year.

You will be an integral part of the management team, shaping One Kitchen to reach the vision of our brand ready for the opening of the 2024 season. 

The One Kitchen (Restaurant) Manager plays a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant, pop-ups and events. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests. It takes a great team to deliver a best-in-class restaurant experience.

You will report to the General Manager of One Garden Brighton and will be supported by the wider team as well as Plumpton College’s Senior Management Team. Importantly you will be joining at an exciting time working alongside our newly appointed Head Chef in time for our busy Spring/Summer season.

You will receive bespoke induction training alongside further professional training & development opportunities are available.
