Chef De Partie
Join our creative One Kitchen Chef team.
As Chef De Partie you will prepare, cook and present high quality meals in a fast-paced environment to the highest standard. Responsible for preparing ingredients and putting together dishes using local produce where available, you will seek new opportunities to develop the kitchen offering, ensuring the kitchen is prepped and ready for service.
Supporting One Garden Events, the role will seek to deliver creative, innovative and exciting food that will delight.
You will be supported by the Chef team, One Garden General Manager and the Wider One Garden Brighton team.
