March is a big month for our Supper Club

We’re excited to welcome Kenny Tutt to One Kitchen for our next Supper Club takeover!

Winner of MasterChef 2018, Kenny is a Sussex local through and through, growing up in Hove and Pulborough. Since taking home the trophy, he’s made waves in the food scene—opening his first restaurant and cookery school, Pitch, in Worthing, followed by the much-loved Bayside Social. Most recently, he’s been shaking up the burger game with Patty Guy in Brighton and Hastings, serving up top-notch smashed burgers, sides, and shakes.

About The Evening:

This Supper Club is a true celebration of local talent, great food, and shared experiences. Doors open at 6pm and the evening begins with a glass of Plumpton Estate Sparkling Wine, an award-winning favourite, as you meet the passionate Plumpton Wine winemakers behind it. 

Food is at the heart of the evening, with Kenny Tutt creating a menu that highlights the best of Sussex ingredients. From 7pm, expect bold, seasonal flavours, cooked with skill and creativity, all served in a relaxed, family-style setting.

Our bakery team will also be part of the night, including our new Head Baker at One Garden Brighton, making fresh bread using Plumpton Estate flour, a true showcase of locally milled grains and traditional techniques.

Guests will also have the opportunity to opt in for a bespoke wine pairing menu, thoughtfully designed by the Plumpton Estate winemakers, to perfectly complement each course of the evening.
