This self-care day workshop is all about YOU!
This workshop will be taking you through creative guided meditation, negative and positive energy, cleansing, grounding, and protecting yourself on a day-to-day basis. This workshop will allow you to go out into nature and experience nature therapy, giving you the skills to awaken and connect your senses to nature, benefiting from connecting to the present moment without any distractions and recognising the benefits to yourself.
This self-care day workshop explores reiki, energy healing, and discussing the benefits of activities that quieten the mind and bring us into balance, and into the present moment. From practicing daily we occasionally need a little reminder to recognise and put in place boundaries to help ourselves, and to enable us to continue to practice without absorbing negative energy and bringing our own energy down. This workshop will develop skills to stay in the present moment and try to stay focused on the here and now.
This session is held within the Listed Barn at One Garden Brighton. Please bring warm clothing for this session during the winter months.
