Learn how to support your body through the menopause with well-ness, nutrition and exercise advice

Join us for the day in relaxing outside settings to learn with specialist guidance on how to grow and maintain your well-being through every stage of the menopause.

We will start the day by having a tour around the Themed Gardens, followed by lunch and refreshments.

We will be serving a light picnic, but encourage you to bring along an offering to share with other people attending. One Market and One Kitchen are also open at One Garden Brighton, where you can purchase food.

The day is then followed by a nutrition workshop discussing the nutrients needed
in your diet to support your changing hormones and a guided exercise and relaxation session designed to help keep your body strong and mind supported.
