Join us for a rejuvenating experience of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, set in the stunning surroundings of the South Downs National Park.
Just a 15-minute drive from Brighton Centre, we will begin our journey at One Garden Brighton, where we'll meet at 10:00 AM.
From there, we will head into the nearby countryside for a session of yoga on a scenic hill, followed by a mindful exploration of the woodlands, engaging all our senses. "Shinrin-Yoku" translates to "taking in the forest atmosphere"—a simple yet profound practice of walking through nature, connecting deeply with your surroundings.
This experience is proven to reduce stress, enhance memory, and bring a sense of calm and clarity.
The workshop will go ahead in most weather conditions, and light rain can even add a unique charm to the experience. If necessary, we can adapt to an indoor/outdoor setting in the case of heavy rain. Come prepared for a refreshing and grounding day in nature!
