Our dishes use freshly picked herbs and salads from our own hydroponic growing towers - reducing our waste and creating freshness within our menu.

Served Daily 12pm - 3.30pm.

We proudly use organic eggs from, Ditchling based, Mac's Farm. The fruit, vegetables and herbs grown from our Kitchen Garden, are used in the dishes we prepare.
