Our horticulture team grow a vast variety of peat-free plants on site at One Garden Brighton. Find them in the garden and in our plant sales area.
Everyday essentials
We stock a range of fresh produce, baked goods, deli items and gifts as well as Plumpton Estate award winning wine, cheese and meat all produced at the Plumpton College campus. Our aim is to provide all the ingredients needed for a meal at home, inspired by One Kitchen menu. Explore and speak to our expert team of staff and trainee students about our selection of plants, as seen in the garden, including some unusual specimens.
Plumpton Estate
Nestled within the heart of the Sussex, Plumpton Estate takes pride in creating the highest level of quality produce. Through education and experience, we aim to deliver products are bred, grown, fed and crafted using the natural resources provided by the historic South Downs.
Supporting Local
At One Garden Brighton we continue the Plumpton Estate ethos of creating and sourcing excellent local produce. We carefully hand-pick local producers who adhere to our values of being sustainable, working to the highest quality standards, and supporting Sussex infrastructure.

Freshly baked each morning
A selection of bread and pastries are baked locally each morning and delivered straight to One Garden Brighton. Stunning cakes, some baked using a range of botanicals found within One Garden, are available each day, including gluten, dairy free and vegan options.

Plumpton Estate
Award-winning Plumpton Estate sparkling and still wines are produced by Plumpton College’s enthusiastic and talented wine degree students, working alongside a team of vinegrowing and winemaking experts.
Spirits
G & H
G&H Spirits was launched in 2021 by Katie Overton-Hart and is based in Steyning, West Sussex. G&H Spirits is driven by Katie's relentless hard work following the loss of a career in events during the pandemic. G&H Spirits is named after her two children, Georgie (George) and Henners (Henry). As well as three multi award winning gins, she has added to the range with an ever expanding collection of liqueurs using only the finest botanicals and natural ingredients to create some delicious show-stopping spirits. We are proud to say that G&H Spirits is available in both our Market and Kitchen at One Garden Brighton.

Bird & Blend Tea
Bird & Blend Tea Co. is an eco-conscious, independent, human focused, award winning, Tea Mixology Company on a mission to spread happiness & reimagine tea.
Bird & Blend has the largest range of creative tea blends in the UK and creates them all using a wide range of blending ingredients including herbs, flowers, fruits, caramels, chocolate…even cake sprinkles.

Red Roaster Coffee
Red Roaster are one of the UK’s pioneering coffee houses. Set up back in 2000, and their coffee roastery is Brighton’s oldest and the only certified organic roastery in the South.
The roastery is still located in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton and they roast every day on vintage Diedrich roasters. New harvest green arabica beans are imported from around the world, roasted and sold fresh here at One Garden Brighton.
