SATURDAY

Open until 9 pm. Catch sundown on the lawns with a cold glass of Plumpton Estate Sparkling or a draft Bedlam Brewery Beer, or why not try a Ditchling Gin Cocktail. Grab a table at One Kitchen for dinner, last orders at 6.30 pm, try one of our chef's seasonal specials, or our classic vegan burger. Our One Garden Bar is open until late, with our One Garden Chillout Playlist on the lawns. 

SUNDAY

Open until 9 pm. Try our chef seasonal specials at One Kitchen until 7 pm (last orders at 6.30 pm) or enjoy authentic Mexican flavours from Brighton foodies, Casa Azul outside on the lawns. Live music from Abi outside from 5.30 pm until 8.30 pm. (@abithesinger on Instagram)

MONDAY

Open until 7 pm. Enjoy a full day of live music out on the lawns, starting with Mini Music Makers LIVE with two shows. Find out more here. Brighton-based bands from 1 pm until 6 pm with a real variety of music. Perfect for a day lounging on the lawns. Takeaway food on the lawns from @thepancakeguys 10 am until 6 pm. One Kitchen is open for chef seasonal specials until 4.30 pm.
