SPRING TRAIL 

30th March  - 12th April 2026 | Spring Trail at Easter 

Children can discover, play, and explore on our interactive free* Spring Trail. Designed to take families on a journey through the gardens, the trail encourages little ones to search for clues, engage with nature, and learn about local wildlife, all while enjoying the great outdoors.

*Suggested donation £2 per child. Donations support the creation of future trails and can be made by card or cash.

From 28th March - 12th April (excluding bank holiday) 

MasterChef champion Kenny Tutt is beginning his exciting outdoor BBQ residency at One Garden Brighton this Easter!

Kenny will be cooking up a storm on the BBQ using Plumpton Estates own Beef plus a range of delicious creative vegetarian & vegan alternatives.

3rd - 6th April 2026 | Easter Weekend

One Garden Brighton Favourite & Brighton's hottest street food Tallow Street Food will be back to celebrate with us on Easter Bank holiday weekend with their seasonal local food cooked over coals. 

There will be FREE music curtesy of Stamner Band on Saturday 4th April & Bank holiday Monday 6th April.

The Café & One Garden Brighton Bar

Head Baker Sophie and her dedicated team of apprentices will be serving up freshly baked artisan treats all week. Our kids' lunchboxes will be back for Half Term! Using our in-house bread for the fresh sandwiches, plus a juice carton, tasty Pom Bears, and fresh fruit for your little explorers.

You’ll also find our OGB Pop-Up Bar, offering a selection of local Beers, Plumpton Estate wines and refreshing locally produced soft drinks. Sip on speciality Pharmacie Coffee made by our barista, perfect for relaxing in the garden.

And as always, the Market is stocked with snacks, treats and drinks to enjoy on the go as well as the best produce and craft producers Sussex has to offer.

Imagination Walk – Easter Edition

Join Get Creative in Brighton for a storybook-inspired walk and craft session, specially designed for under-fives. A relaxed and imaginative way for little ones to explore the gardens and enjoy a creative morning.
Meet on the event lawns, opposite the Cafe. If wet, we’ll move into the heritage barn.

Easter Craft Sessions

Creative and hands-on, our Easter craft sessions are a chance for children to make up to three themed crafts per session. Taking place on selected days throughout the half-term.

Felt Making Workshop - Bumblebee Brooch Making 

Wednesday 1st of April 10.00- 12.00

This two hour playful workshop with artist Joannas House of Felts is perfect for anyone interested in trying felting and developing fundamental skills and knowledge. You’ll learn a variety of techniques and experiment with them to create unique felted treasures. 

All tools, materials, and wool will be provided, and at the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your own little treasure , wool, and needles, allowing you to continue practicing and creating on your own.

Live Music – Stamner Band

Relax into the Easter weekend with our local favourite band, playing your favourite cover tracks on Easter Saturday from 1-3pm (April 4th) and Monday (April 6th).  Guaranteed to get your toes tapping.
