Kenny Tutt, champion of MasterChef, is bringing his exciting outdoor BBQ residency to One Garden Brighton this Easter!
Expect incredible BBQ dishes using locally sourced beef from Plumpton Estate, expertly butchered by talented students from Plumpton College.
28th March – 12th April (excluding Bank Holiday).
The menu is full of bold, seasonal flavours cooked over fire, including:
Rosemary & juniper Sussex venison skewers
Plumpton Dairy Beef spiced koftas
Lemon & oregano free-range chicken souvlaki
Harissa & honey paneer skewers (v)
All served with warm flatbread, vibrant salads, labneh, green herb zhoug & pickled peppers.

Plus snacks, sides, local beers, Pharmacie Coffee & Plumpton Estate wines.
