One Kitchen is open for the summer serving hot and cold drinks, artisan bakes from our in-house bakery team and a selection of hot and cold food. No need to reserve a table, just pop in and we're open between 9:30am and 5pm every day during the summer.
One Garden Brighton is the place to visit in the summer. Take a stroll round our walled garden and relax and unwind on the lawns which is the perfect place to picnic. We are a free to enter destination garden and a top 5 Brighton & Hove visitor destination. The gardens are free to enter but do visit our cafe or shop whilst you're here. We are open from 9:30am to 5pm every day.
One Kitchen serves coffee and artisan bakes from our in-house bakery team made with organic flour. From freshly made cinnamon buns to coffee and walnut cake there is something for everyone. We serve speciality grade coffee from Pharmacie in Lewes which is delivered every week on an e-bike and brewed using La Marzocco machines to brew our coffee and also offer single origin filter coffee.
For something special why not have a glass of our award winning Plumpton Estate sparkling wine made in our wine centre of excellence at Plumpton College. There is a range of still and sparkling wines available by the glass. Our bar also serves Lost Pier beer over the summer or there is a selection of non-alcoholic and soft drinks available from One Kitchen. We also serve granola and yoghurt and a selection of hot and cold items for lunch.
After relaxing in One Kitchen why not visit One Market which stocks a range of local produce and products. Most of our plants are grown on site by the gardening team who would be happy to advise you on your purchase if you've seen something you like in the gardens. We also have a selection of local cheese and meats including meat from Lambert Farm based in the South Downs at Plumpton College so you are supporting local and British farmers.
