We have an action packed summer ahead at One Garden Brighton, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Of course, we remain open every day, with stunning free to enter gardens and freshly baked in-house goods from our very own baker alongside great local coffee from Pharmacie.

17th July – 17th August
Our good friends from Patty Guy return every Thursday – Sunday through the summer. Founded by MasterChef Champion Kenny Tutt, expect bold, juicy, no-nonsense smash burgers made with top-quality British beef. Pair it with a sundowner from Lost Pier on the terrace — what’s not to love?

20th July (Sunday)
The Stanmer Band brings live music to the garden — the perfect soundtrack to a relaxed Sunday on the lawns. If you can’t make it, don’t worry — they’ll be back on August Bank Holiday (25th August).

27th July
Discover the art of macro photography in a hands-on workshop with guest expert Max Mudie. Learn techniques for capturing intricate details of fungi and natural subjects — suitable for both smartphones and digital cameras.

8th August (Friday)
Supper Club is BACK! Join us for a special Balkan Supper Club in collaboration with Aleksander Taralezhkov, acclaimed for his work at Shoreditch House and as the youngest MasterChef Bulgaria judge. Expect hand-stretched filo pies, delicate dolmas, vibrant pickles — intricate, creative dishes rooted in Balkan and Ottoman culinary traditions.
Tickets are very limited — book now!

12th August
Quantum Outdoor Theatre returns with a fresh take on the much-loved classic The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck. A perfect family event — and children under 2 go free!

23rd – 25th August (Bank Holiday Weekend)
We’re thrilled to host Tallow Street Food with Chef Tom Garrett, serving fun, creative street food with big flavours. Expect seasonal menus, local produce, all cooked over coal.

The Stanmer Band returns for another lively afternoon of music to celebrate the Bank Holiday.
