Sussex Butterfly Gardens Official Opening

Saturday 23rd May marks the moment we’ve all been waiting for — the official opening of The Sussex Butterfly Gardens at One Garden Brighton.

Following an ambitious restoration project, the estate’s historic Palm House has been brought back to life thanks to Matthew Simmonds, founder of Middleton Common Farm Butterfly Gardens and London Butterfly Gardens.

Kenny Tutt BBQ Residency

MasterChef champion Kenny Tutt is bringing his exciting outdoor BBQ residency to One Garden Brighton this Bank Holiday Weekend.

Expect incredible BBQ dishes using locally sourced beef and pork, alongside delicious vegetarian options.

Great food, and an unbeatable outdoor setting — the perfect Bank Holiday treat.

Podgers Gourmet Burgers

Podgers Gourmet Burgers will be serving from their beautifully restored vintage French horse truck, adding charm, character, and seriously good food to the weekend.

Their menu will include some of their star, smashed burger bar, posh hot dogs, gormet hot sandwitches, 

handcrafted sliders and a variety of delicious sides.

Oui Creperie

Oui Creperie will be bringing their charming 1967 Citroën H van to One Garden Brighton, serving freshly made sweet and savoury crêpes.

Options include gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes, alongside coffee, tea, and indulgent real hot chocolate.

Garden Drinks

The Garden Bar opens for the summer season, serving:
