10:00am — 4:00pm
Starts Saturday 26th April 2026.
In 2026, I’ll be running a new year-long Sunday course exploring medicinal plants from around the world — from forests and fields to coastlines and oceans. Together, we’ll look at traditional uses, modern herbal practice, and how plants shape not just medicine, but our relationship with the natural world.
I’ll be inviting specialist guest teachers to join me throughout the year, bringing their own experience, landscapes, and plant traditions into the circle.
This course is for:
– Students of herbal medicine
– Those already on my Saturday course who want to deepen their skills and knowledge (with a discounted rate)
– Curious plant lovers ready to step into a wider, global perspective on herbal practice
Starting Saturday 26th April 2026
Some of my earliest memories of learning come not from books, but from plants.
I left home at 19 and began travelling, discovering quickly that wherever you go in the world, people come and go — but plants remain. They wait at the edges of forests, along roadsides, in tidal zones and gardens, offering medicine, guidance, and quiet companionship to those who learn how to see them.
Those early journeys shaped the way I work today. From time spent in and out of clinic supporting people through infectious disease, to more recent travels across the seas to India, Thailand, Cambodia and Taiwan, I’ve witnessed again and again how deeply medicinal plants are woven into culture, healing, and daily life.
It’s this living knowledge — both ancient and evolving — that I want to pass on.
There’s also an optional two-day spring retreat (21–22 March) for those who wish to immerse even further — a chance to pause, connect, and root the year’s learning in shared experience.
Limited spaces available for individual 1-day courses as part of this programme. Find out more here.
