A relaxing morning of nature connection and exploration

Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for a calming morning in the beautiful Stanmer woodlands. Through gentle, sensory-based practices, we’ll slow down, tune in, and nourish our connection with nature and ourselves.

What to expect

Guided by Forest Therapy Guide and psychotherapist Mark Reeves, you will:

  • Wander through the woods and immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature
  • Try simple mindfulness practices like feeling the textures of bark and leaves, noticing the breeze on your skin, and conscious breathing
  • Spend time in quiet reflection and, if you wish, share your experiences with the group
  • Experience forest bathing, gentle movement, and deep relaxation
  • You are welcome to come just as you are, with whatever mood or energy you are bringing. Nature provides a healing space where everything is allowed to simply be.

Why join?

Mindful time in nature can ease stress, lift your mood, and restore a deeper sense of balance. Whether you are looking for peace, inspiration, or simply a gentle morning outdoors, this is a space for you.

"A very relaxing couple of hours. I was able to let go of some concerns and enter a magical, peaceful inner space feeling connected with nature."
