Macrame Plant Hanging

Begin your journey of mindful crafting with Rachel Rogers and learn how to make a modern macramé hanging planter out of recycled cotton cord

About this event

Take some time out and join Rachel Rogers to learn the mindful craft of Macramé. Designed for complete beginners this plant hanger workshop will provide the opportunity to learn some simple knots and create a gorgeous hanger for the modern home.

No prior experience is necessary, the essence of this workshop is to get you acquainted with knotting in a relaxed, friendly and fun setting where Rachel will guide you through all the steps. You will learn the wrap knot, square knot, spiral knot and switch knot all of which are widely used in many different macramé projects.

Made using 100% recycled cotton cord available in an array of gorgeous colours makes it a great workshop for the eco-conscious maker. Should you wish to continue on your macramé journey there will be a selection of cords available to buy on the day.

Ticket price includes all materials as well as a step-by-step guide to take away with you.
