Being in nature invites a very natural sense of presence and alertness; by practicing mindfulness deliberately, we take that one stage further.

With mindful attention, we notice so much more about what we're looking at, smelling, touching and hearing, and from that comes increased appreciation and sense of connection.

We'll have 2 1/2 hours to learn a bit about mindfulness, do some introductory practices and ask any questions, then head out into the garden and the woods to have a deep immersion into nature.

This workshop will be suitable for people new to mindfulness and those with any level of experience. No knowledge of nature required at all, though please wear shoes to walk in the woods in.
