You're welcome to come and learn simple mindfulness techniques, or if you've practiced before, to refresh and have a chance to practice with others.
Mindfulness is helpful for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, feeling more present and connected in the moment, and learning to take perspective on our lives and difficulties. Jiva has an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, has been teaching since 2009 and has taught a wide range of people from all walks of life in a range of contexts.
