The aromatic garden igniting our senses as we stretch, bend, balance and breathe. Our weekly offering includes Hatha Yoga which is a slow, strong yoga practice, with a focus on breathe and deepening into our poses; and a beautiful Rise and Shine Yoga, a slow, stretchy Sun Salutation inspired class to reawaken and re-ignite our energies.
All classes are taught by Lucy, qualified with a 200 hour YTT. Lucy is a passionate yoga teacher bringing a calm energy and endless support to every practice. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and her passion lies in Hatha Yoga, moving with intention and purpose. All classes are finished in Savasana and are accessible for all levels.
Tuesdays 10am - 11am
Wednesdays 4.15pm - 5.15pm
Saturdays 8.30am - 9.30am
